Lendli provides a platform that allows users to verify their identity through SMS-based verification methods, including Knowledge Based Answers (KBA). By opting into Lendli via SMS, you agree to receive SMS messages for verification purposes and reminders to complete verification steps.

By providing your phone number and using the Service, you consent to receive SMS messages at the phone number provided, including messages sent by automated means. This consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any Lendli product or service.

Opt-Out Information

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Lendli at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS message you receive from our Service. You can also request to opt out via email at [email protected].

Message Frequency

The frequency of messages from the Service may vary. Typically, you will not receive more than five messages per month.

Fees and Charges

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent to or from you. These fees are charged by your wireless carrier and are not collected by Lendli. Please contact your wireless provider for complete pricing details.

Service Limitations

Lendli is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages as these are often outside of our control. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and more as described on our website.

Changes to Terms

Lendli reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by sending a STOP message, and Lendli may terminate your access to the Service without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
